A local favorite and legendary paella chef for Hollywood celebrities, as well as the highlight of the Occidental farmer’s market, he uses only local farm fresh produce and fresh seafood. Gerard is wonderfully engaging and entertaining, sharing the rich its history while cooking his famous two hour layered paella.
